Why is my account inactive?

For Live Accounts

PU Prime will archive those MT5 accounts with no login history, trading history and account balance ≤ 0 for 90 days or more on a weekly basis.

For Demo Accounts

MT5 Demo accounts will also be archived if there is no login activity for 60 consecutive days.

After the archiving, you will not be able to log in to your MT5 account, but you can still log in to the Client

Portal. After login, you can apply trading account in "Accounts". Click on "Additional Accounts" to apply for a new trading account.
