How to close or delete my trading account?
If you wish to close your account, please send an email request to trading@puprime.au using your registered email address, and the necessary details should include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Reason for Account Deletion
- Photo of both the front and back of your Proof of Identity document
- A selfie of yourself holding your Proof of Identity document (An example is provided below for reference)
Once we received all your information, the relevant department will review your request and assist you accordingly.
Important Note:
Please note that once your account is closed, it cannot be recovered or reactivated.
